TERM OF AGREEMENT The agreement will last for 12 months from the date of signing. You will then have the option to re-sign for a further 12 months. You can cancel at any time in writing and by giving us 30 days notice.

SCOPE  Our Agreement will only be exclusive. As your agent we will act on behalf of your Talent to ensure that they receive the best possible chance of employment. We believe that exclusivity is the most beneficial way for us to achieve this.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU It is our function to search for employment opportunitIes and negotiate auditions, offers and contracts. We will support, encourage and maintain communication with the talent at all times. We also observe the right of final approval of any deals before they are signed off.

YOUR COMMITMENT TO US It is your responsibilIty to join with the recommended casting platforms, to pay any fees involved with that, (see below) and to ensure that the talent’s details are always current and up to date on the casting platforms as well as on our website.

FEES AND COSTS There will be no fees to join our agency. As a general guide the Costs involved for you are as outlined below:

PHOTO PACKAGE. The talent will require photos that will be displayed on our website and shared with clients. 

To keep our ‘look’ to a consistency we ask that you have your photos done with us in our studio. Photos MUST be of a Professional quality and style as the client will wish to see how a child handles a professional shoot. We will guide you with clothing and styling for your shoot with us.

Our Photo Package is $270 and includes styling, the shoot, all shots taken on the day, and help with the set up of these photos into the Casting platforms. Our Photographer can help you with selection of the best photos to use. It will also include a startup workshop and information session.

CASTING PLATFORMS we will recommend you to join are Casting Networks and Showcast  and are from approximately $100 - $300 per year. You can join one of these, or we do recommend that you join both.

The only other costs that you will need to consider, are those outside of our control and boundaries: fuel costs, travel to castings costs, which could include travel to other states, or even countries, and accomodation as well as clothing or costumes as required and if needed. A lot of times these costs are covered by a client but this is still something to consider and think about. 

RATES We will always inform you of the rates before you agree to take the job.

COMMISSION Commission is to be paid on the gross income amount of the talent. Commission is deducted from the gross income amount and paid to SKY MANAGEMENT Trust Account each time the talent secures paid work. (The Project)

Our commission rate is the Industry Standard of 10% Agency Agreement and 10% Management Agreement. 20% in total of the gross income amount.

The gross income amount payable to the talent does not include extras Incurred: meal or travel allowances, holiday pay, long service leave, superannuation, rehearsal payments or irregular overtime or penalty rates. These are seperate and will NOT be subject to the 20% commission Fee.

Paid work for the talent will be negotiated by SKY MANAGEMENT and the predicted gross income amount will be made known to the talent and parents/carers before the the Project commences. 

The gross income amount is then invoiced by, and made payable to, SKY MANAGEMENT each time the talent secures paid work.

Once we have received payment of the invoice sent to the client, and the funds are cleared, we will process your payments into the talent's bank account.

The amount paid to the Talent will be the gross income amount less 20% commission. Plus any extras incurred.

This entire process can take up to 12 weeks, depending on how quick the client pays the invoice. 

Under no circumstances will SKY MANAGEMENT be able to process payments until the client has made the payment in full to SKY MANAGEMENT.

USAGE of PHOTOS All photography taken is to be strictly used ONLY for the purpose for which it was originally shot and negotiated. Any additional usage outside the agreed time frame or for extra loadings used for example; Billboards, Stills on TV etc. is a separate fee that needs to be negotiated by SKY MANAGEMENT.

PERSONAL PHOTOS No personal photos taken by talent or their families are to be shared on any social media platform or in ANY way until given approval.

BEHAVIOUR It is expected that we provide reliable, respectful talent but we cannot ultimately be held responsible for bad conduct by talent on an assignment.

We will always strive to be inclusive of talent and put forward anyone that fits the requirements for any project however we are not EVER responsible for who will be selected.

PRIVACY POLICY We will never share information about talent to anyone other than the client and casting directors as agreed to by the talent and parents.

CONTACT WITH CLIENTS It is most important that you understand the relationship between an Agent (SKY MANAGEMENT) and clients. As a parent of talent you must never directly contact a client or make any arrangements with a client outside of the project’s specifications.

In special occasions where the client may make contact with you or wish to make arrangements with you, you MUST immediately inform SKY MANAGEMENT of those arrangements.

SOCIAL MEDIA Please be mindful of comments, or interactions with others that may be negative or confrontational. Any comments that are made of a negative nature about our talent, our clients and our SKY MANAGEMENT families, will result in immediate termination of this contract, and in some cases of the TALENT’s involvement in the Project.

With any Projects that are secured or completed, please be aware that it is up to the client to announce details of castings or successful auditions and some projects must not be talked about on any social media platform until permission is given by SKY MANAGEMENT and/or the client. 

Scripts, self tapes, project materials and briefs must NOT be shared on line or with anyone except the client and the talent, and when needed, with the Agent, (SKY MANAGEMENT)
